My cat (the cat is a farm, is not allowed in the house) was this piece of rough skin and no hair across the eye, which was always a little bigger, and it is now on board the ear. What is it?

It sounds like ringworm if your cat definitely has the answers! I rescued a cat farm in the last year and had ringworm. I have 12 cats and they were all so good! Me too! My vet has cleared me tablets for cats and Lamacill.
without seeing a picture is hard to say. I take your cat to the vet for a correct diagnosis
